Excellent opportunity for a part-time clerical position ideal for anyone interested in learning about Town government.  As a Recording Clerk your responsibilities include attending meetings, record minutes to submit to the Chair, post meeting notices, and other related tasks.

The Bylaw Review Committee typically holds 1 meeting each month on the 3rd Tuesday, beginning at 6:30pm.  All meetings are open to the public and are currently held remotely.

An interest in municipal government is beneficial but not necessary.  Starting rate is $23.65/hour. Recording Clerk must become familiar with the Commonwealth of MA Open Meeting Law.  The candidate must be able to attend all meetings and must also possess excellent grammar and attention to detail, as well as word processing and email proficiency.
